This wonderful apartment is located in the very heart of the Spanish capital and its neighborhood is steeped in history and atmosphere. Many points of interest can be found in the area surrounding the apartment such as the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, and the Sabatini Gardens. The neighborhood also has several restaurants as well as a mix of traditional and modern bars. The central position of the apartment means much of Madrid can be reached on foot. However, the area is also well served by the public transport network; the nearest metro station to the apartment is Santo Domingo.

Mariana Española II is a spacious and bright apartment that is comprised of a kitchen-diner, living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The kitchen diner mixes contemporary and classic styles to create a truly unique space. The kitchen has modern sleek white units with stainless steel appliances.
