The apartment is a stylish example of minimalism and contemporary taste in its design. The large open plan living room kitchen provides a tasteful atmosphere to the property with a comfortable sofa and large television. The rooms are well decorated, consisting of light colors and mixed furniture pieces from both classic and contemporary styles, that bring out the best of the apartment. The materials used throughout the apartment have been carefully selected to be of good quality and highly functional. The dining table can seat four guests and there’s a small breakfast table for two people, plus a breakfast bar for a quick snack or coffee. The kitchen is capable. The sleeping spaces, ideal for a small family, consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom each have good space and use high quality textiles. The bathroom has a large sink and mirror with a generous shower space.
